Operating procedure to manage CLIENT contract

  1. Operating Procedures

    An attendance logbook would be maintained by the supervisor which will be signed by the workers on duty daily. Additionally, they will also sign on to the weekly roster which will also be counter-signed by the supervisor. Any worker who is absent without valid reason will be replaced with the prior approval of the CLIENT. Facility Services and will furnish in advance a monthly assignment sheet with the names of all the staff to be posted on duty, department-wise. Any changes to the assignment sheet would be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to becoming effective. Each worker will be made available the daily/weekly/monthly routine of duties by the supervisor in which the job of the day or special task to be carried out for the day would be clearly mentioned.

  2. Information gathering and analysis

    The Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs are under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager. Our Operation Manager is concerned with the Total Quality Management of the entire facility staff. Designated operation supervisors will visit all the sites on a regular basis to assess the quality of work at the assignments. Any flow or lacking will be corrected at site immediately. MV Finest Services will implement operational management administration, training, quality control, and all logistics functions locally. MV Finest Services consists of experienced, highly competent line and staff personnel who will be specifically assigned and committed to providing day-to-day support for your esteemed organization. MV Finest Services will maintain a simplified performance assessment form for each job profile to self-evaluate, supervise, and review the work completed as specified in the job description.

  3. Availability of necessary cleaning chemicals and equipment

    The size and importance of the contract demands proactive management and concentrated resources, with a clear understanding by both the operational and support staff of the critical nature of this project.
