MV Finest Services has its own process of surveying client's premises to understand the scope of work and it formulates its own plan to implement the job. It is the intention of MV Finest Services that our client’s premises are always kept in a neat and clean condition. The cleaning requirement briefed to us will be considered a bottom line. Therefore, it will only be referred to as a guide rather than a limitation of the service required. MV undertakes the main job responsibility of facility service as prescribed.

a) The daily cleaning of the entire peripheral area, parking areas, driveways, path, portico outside drainage, main entrance, etc.

b) The daily cleaning of the entire building includes office areas on each floor, highly sensitive and restricted areas to be cleaned under the supervision of security guard or office staff.

c) Daily dusting /wiping out of office furniture, computers, telephone sets, and partition glass panels of the façade once a week.

d) Daily vacuuming of all carpeted areas, mopping and sweeping of all internal office areas.

e) Sweeping, mopping of the entire staircase (both sets), stairs landing, wiping out banister and skirting etc.

f) Cleaning of all toilets and refreshing at least three times a day. MV shall not confine it to the scope of work prescribed to it.

Daily cleaning

  1. Keep the terraces, roof of the parking sheds, stores and parapet walls clean regularly,

  2. Remove mud and water from the vehicle washing area, as and when necessary,

  3. Clean the pathway, footpaths, parking areas and parking sheds,

  4. Report any broken brick tiles etc. and maintain the gutter free of dirt,

  5. Ensuring that compound pathways, gutters and skirting walls including garden is kept clean and tidy,

  6. Keep staircases neat and clean with glazing on the railings as applicable,

  7. Dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings located in the common areas, particularly cleaning of switches and doorknobs on daily basis before the office open,

  8. Sweeping and mopping hard floors in common areas as required,

  9. Vacuum-clean all carpets in the common areas, as required,

  10. Suction clean upholstery and underside of furniture of common areas, as required.

  11. Dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings located in the common areas, particularly cleaning of switches and doorknobs on daily basis before the office open,

  12. Sweeping and mopping hard floors in common areas as required,

  13. Vacuum-clean all carpets in the common areas, as required,

  14. Suction clean upholstery and underside of furniture of common areas, as required. 

  15. Replenish toilet paper, soap, naphthalene balls, deodorant and towels in appropriate places and constantly monitors the bathroom and fixtures,

  16. Always keep spotlessly clean, all the bathroom fixtures, walls, floors, tap faucets, mirrors, areas around toilets and urinals must be kept clean all the time. Floors must be clean and dry,

  17. Sorting and disposal of garbage (organic and inorganic),

  18. Dispose and remove the waste material from the waste baskets placed in the bathrooms, cafeteria as necessary,

  19. Disposing all the garbage deposited daily so that the office premises always remains clean.

     

Weekly cleaning

  1.  Clean all exterior walls and ceilings of the buildings, signage etc.
  2.  Polish (was or bra   sso as appropriate) all door handles, brass plates, flowerpots and brass name plates and metal fixtures,

  3. Removal of cobwebs, nests, hives, etc. and thorough cleaning of the interior and exteriors of all the buildings,

  4. Clean the pipelines and other externally installed equipment on the roof,

  5.  Thorough cleaning of fans, light switches, door handles,

  6.  Thorough cleaning of skirting and corners,

  7. Manual Scrubbing of restrooms,

  8. Manual scrubbing of floors using scrubbing machine.

 

 

Daily Cleaning

Periodic Cleaning

We provide periodic cleaning services, but the periodic services do not fall under our regular services. It is done by the usage of heavy machines as per the requirement which is separately charged.
